Let’s create our own original clothing design. We can then try dressing up our avatars with our customised paper designs.
今週からは新しいテーマが始まります。 世界中の多様な民族衣装を探索して、さまざまなデザイン要素からインスピレーションを得て、独自のデザインを作りましょう。その後、作品でアバターに着飾ってみます♪
洋服には、色々な種類があります。 季節によって着るのも異なりますが、国によっても普段着～フォーマル衣装は全く異なることを学びながら、 普段から使えるフレーズを習得します。

This week we are going to do a Soda-sink-float experiment. To make the students learn about Soda-sink-float experiment. This activity will help them in learning how to say in English in doing the experiment ( sinking and floating ) with their foreign friends.
今週のレッスンでは“水”ではなく、炭酸水・コーラ、そしてレーズンも使って、沈む・浮くの検証する楽しく・ミステリアスな実験を行います！

Finding the reasons behind sinking and floating.
This week our goal is to make the students learn about the reasons behind sinking and floating.
先週行った実験で分かった「沈む／浮く」の理由を、今週はみんなで考察しながら解明しました。
Metal spoon – Metal Spoon is heavier than water so it will sink in the water.
Pencil – Pencil is lighter than water so it will float.
使ったアイテムの重さに違いがあることを発見し、軽い／重いの表現を、実感しながら言葉を習得しました。
練習した表現は、YouTube宿題でもご確認できます。（↓幼稚園生向け ※他にも小学生、中学生向けもあり）

This week we are going to do the sink-float experiment. This will help students learn about new items and also it will enhance their vocabulary related to sinking and floating of items.
Will it sink or float?これは沈みますか、それとも浮きますか？
I think, it will sink. これは沈むでしょう /I think, it will float.これは浮くでしょう
本物を手にしながら、これは浮くかな？沈むかな？と考察を重ねました。
文法においても、I think it will sink →実験中には、It is sinkingと表現にも触れました。

目隠しされた状態で、手の感覚だけでその物の素材の特徴を捉え、
レッスンで使う材料の英語表現を確認します。
それはどんな素材？これは、水に浮かぶかな？沈むかな？と、
考察を重ね、みんなで推測をしていきます。
その場で使う英語を確認しながら、実際に体験を通して、使える英語を身に着けていきます。

Let’s play the bowling game.
今回のYouTube宿題のテーマ：遊びに誘うシチュエーションの練習を、2人1組で行いました。
その後行ったボーリングゲームでも、こんな会話が続きました。
Throw the ball to the pins.
I got 2 points.
I got 8 points.
2＋8＝10/ 2 plus 8 equal 10.
高学年クラスでは、google翻訳機能やchatGPTの使い方も、一緒に練習してみました。
「わからない」ではなく、「調べてみよう！」に繋がる授業となりました！

レッスンでも、２人１組で上記の会話の練習を行いました。
そのあとは、一緒に室内HOP流ボーリングで、大盛り上がり♪♪

スポーツは、それぞれ使う道具や人数、ルールなど全て異なります。
子供たちが大好きなスポーツを通して、日常的に使える表現を学びました。

This week the students will be learning about different kinds of sports that are being played all over the world and a detailed learning on Soccer.
友達をボーリングに誘って勝負！今月から始まった新しいテーマでは、スポーツにまつわることを学びます。
得意なスポーツを「一緒にやろうよ！」と英語で誘えたら、外国の人との輪が広がること間違いなしです。
クラスでは、英語で話しかけてみることをイメージさせながら、習った英語を声に出すレッスンを行いました！

In this week we are finally going to make the Burdock dish. We need to make them repeat the following process so that when they make it, they will be able to explain or speak about it in English.
今週は、「揚げないごぼうの甘辛揚げ／フライパンで簡単に！おつまみやお弁当おかずにぴったり♪」を挑戦。
先週、先々週でごぼうの下ごしらえの仕方や、料理の手順も確認済み。
さぁ、いよいよクッキングの実践です。練習してきたフレーズと共に、美味しいごぼうの甘辛揚げできますように。
